meet the Instructor

Dr. Hayes is a board certified and licensed mental health and substance use counselor and clinical supervisor. She has worked in each modality of treatment from inpatient psychiatric care to outpatient and with those who are justice involved. Dr. Hayes has been in the mental health field for over 15 years. Most recently, Dr. Hayes provides oversight for addictions recovery providers and a state agency training academy for upcoming alcohol and drug counselors. Dr. Hayes also provides clinical supervision for those seeking LPC licensure. Dr. Haye’s passions are training and clinical supervision. Her roles contribute to her personal mission of helping those that struggle with mental health and substance use disorders by affecting change on a wider scale.
