Dr. Hayes is a seasoned professional and board-certified clinical supervisor and licensed counselor specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. With more than 15 years in the field, her experience spans treatment modalities, from intensive inpatient psychiatric settings to outpatient and specialized care for justice-involved individuals. Her current expertise is focused on systemic impact, where she provides clinical oversight for an addictions recovery program and directs a state-funded training academy for aspiring alcohol and drug counselors. A dedicated educator, Dr. Hayes also offers clinical supervision for individuals pursuing their LPC licensure. Driven by her passion for training and clinical supervision, she is committed to elevating the quality of care by influencing systemic change and advancing the professional competency of future counselors.
